What we do
Roofing is the day job, and we are the roofing contractors Milton Keynes homeowners call for full re-roofs in tile and slate, repairs to leaks and storm damage, flat roofs in rubber and fibreglass, chimneys and leadwork, and fascias, soffits and guttering. We also take on fencing, landscaping and block paving, so the outside of the house can be sorted in one go.
Why people call us back
Most of our work comes from people who were told once already that they needed a whole new roof. We climb up, photograph what is actually wrong, and tell you if a repair will do. That is the reason 60 customers left a review, and why so many of them mention the same thing: he turned up, he explained it, he did what he said.
Free quotes, and an honest one
Every quote is free, written down and fixed before we start. The roof inspection is free and there is no call-out charge. No quote sheets left on the kitchen table, no finance pitch. If the job is urgent we will get out the same day and make it safe first, then price the repair properly afterwards. Smaller jobs count too: our gutter cleaning in Milton Keynes clears and tests every run for a fixed price.

Denis was a great communicator from when we first spoke. He was punctual and respectful when he came to do an initial assessment, explaining everything needed in a simple way and clear on what was and wasn't needed. He did not rush me to make a decision and agreed to attend a second time when I wanted to extend the scope. Honouring his first quote despite the lapse in time. He kept me updated on progress across the work continuously, and his team is exceptionally hard working. They worked long days to get the job done and ensured I was happy with all work completed. Definitely recommend.

Common questions
Who are the best roofers in Milton Keynes?
Judge any roofer on reviews you can check. All Pro Contractors has 60 reviews at 4.9 out of 5 on TrustATrader, vetted since 2019, and the man who answers the phone, Denis Stokes, has 16 years on the tools and still goes up on the roof himself. The roof inspection is free and there is no call-out charge, so you can see how we work before you spend a penny.
How much does a new roof cost in Milton Keynes?
It depends on the size of the roof, the pitch, whether the timbers are sound and what tile you want. A standard three-bed semi is a different job to a detached with two dormers, so we measure, tell you what we find and give you a fixed written price. The quote is free and there is no obligation.
Do you do emergency roof repairs?
Yes. Call 01908 024436 and if it is leaking we will get out to make it safe, cover it and stop the water, then sort the permanent repair once the weather allows.
