Split or perished joint seals. A run that has dropped between brackets and holds water. Brackets screwed into soft timber. A downpipe shoe missing so the water lands on the path and splashes the wall.
What we do
Re-bracket and re-set the fall, replace seals or the section itself, refit downpipes properly, and clear the run while we are there so you can see it working.
When it is really the fascia
If the brackets will not hold because the board behind is rotten, no amount of screws will fix it. We will show you the timber and quote for the fascia rather than sell you a repair that fails again.

Yes. Matching a single length of standard uPVC is straightforward and much cheaper than a full replacement.

Do you seal gutters with mastic?
Only where it is the correct fix. A perished seal should be replaced, not smeared, or you will be calling someone again next winter.
