Covering, ridge, hips, verges, valleys and flashings outside. Rafters, battens, felt, daylight and damp inside. Gutters, fascias and downpipes, because a blocked gutter rots a roof edge faster than a missing tile.

Yes, for homes in our area. We would rather look, tell you the truth and be the people you call than charge for a look.
How long does it take?
Usually under an hour for a standard house, longer if we need to trace a leak or get scaffold up for a proper look at a stack.
Will you tell me if I do not need work?
Yes, and it happens often. Plenty of roofs we are called to need a repair, not the new roof somebody else quoted for.
