Photographs for the claim
Every bit of damage is photographed from the scaffold or the ladder before we touch it, with a written description of what failed. Insurers ask for exactly that, and it is the difference between a claim paid and a claim argued about.
Repaired, not patched
Once the claim is settled we put it back properly: new tiles bedded or clipped to spec, dry ridge instead of the mortar that blew off, new lead where the old has fatigued.

Overall very happy with the extensive roof work. We felt Denis advised us openly and genuinely & communicated well throughout, even when we had to decide to pay more as the roof was worse than expected after all tiles were removed showing rotten insulation & rafters. Efficient & hardworking team of workers & Denis around most days to oversee & provide photos & videos at every stage. We liked that Denis is keen to ensure we were happy with the service & protect his reputation. Also appreciative that returned to replace a few slipped tiles & happy to do so under the guarantee. Would recommend.
