High pressure strips the surface off concrete tiles and drives water under the laps. We clean by hand and with low-pressure soft washing, which takes longer and does not take years off the roof.
Gutters done at the same time
Everything that comes off the roof ends up in the gutter, so the clean is not finished until the gutters and downpipes run clear. We check the falls and the joints while we are there.
A free look at the roof
Cleaning is the best chance to spot a cracked tile, a slipped ridge or failed pointing at the stack. You get photographs of anything we find and a price if you want it sorted, with no pressure.

Does moss actually damage a roof?
It holds water against the tile and blocks the gutters, and in a hard frost that water expands and breaks the surface. On an older concrete tile roof it shortens its life.
Will it come back?
Eventually, north-facing roofs under trees always will. Keeping the gutters clear and having it done every few years keeps it under control.
Do you jet wash roofs?
No. Pressure washing a tiled roof does more harm than the moss does.
