Other contractors had tried to push us into having work done that definitely wasn’t necessary. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision about whether to have the work done. Denis is very polite and respectful. The work was carried out in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I was sent a photo after the work had been completed so I could see what had been done. Did a fantastic job, had a blocked guttering that was causing me issues for a while; all pro came in with a ton of experience and knew exactly what to do. He came in, had a look at the problem and gave me a competitive price which we instantly agreed to. Denis and his team have been fantastic. I initially needed new guttering, soffits and facias. Upon further inspection, my 130 year old roof needed a lot more work. Denis sent me numerous photos and messages explaining what needed to be done in the best case scenario. We came to an agreement on the price and true to his word, he stuck to it even when further issues were found.
