Half-round is standard, square line suits newer estates, and deep flow is the answer where a big roof area overwhelms a standard gutter in heavy rain. We match what is there or upgrade the capacity if the old one always overflowed.
Fixed properly
Brackets at the right centres so the gutter does not sag between them, a consistent fall to the outlet, and joints with new seals. Downpipes clipped tight to the wall and taken into the gully, not left to splash.
While we are up there
We check the fascia behind the gutter for rot and the felt at the eaves, because if the felt has torn back, water runs behind the new gutter and you will think it is leaking.

Common questions
Why does my gutter overflow in heavy rain?
Usually blockage, a sagging run, no fall, or a gutter too small for the roof area. We will tell you which after ten minutes with a ladder.
Can you fit gutter guards?
We can, and under trees they help. They still need checking once a year, so do not let anyone sell them to you as maintenance free.
Do you replace the fascia at the same time?
Only if it needs it. If the timber is sound we will say so and just fit the gutter.
