Scooping the moss out is half a job. We flush every run afterwards so you can see the water reach the downpipe and the gully, and rod the pipe if it is blocked further down.

- Look at the roof edge. Fascia, eaves felt and the tiles above checked while we are up there, with photographs of anything wrong.

Do you need access to my garden?
Yes, for ladder positions front and back. If there are locked gates or dogs, tell us when you book.
Can you do it from the ground?
We can vacuum from the ground on some houses, but we prefer a ladder so we can see the run and test it properly.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Once a year for most houses, ideally after the leaves fall. Twice a year if trees overhang the roof.
Do you clean conservatory gutters?
Yes, without standing on the conservatory roof. We work from a ladder alongside it.
