Scooping the moss out is half a job. We flush every run afterwards so you can see the water reach the downpipe and the gully, and rod the pipe if it is blocked further down.
Once a year, twice under trees
If you have conifers, limes or sycamores over the house, twice a year is realistic. Everyone else gets away with once, ideally after the leaves drop in autumn.
We tell you what we see
From up there we can see the fascia, the felt at the eaves and the tiles above. If something is wrong you get a photograph and an honest opinion, not an invented emergency.

It is priced per house by size and access, not by the hour, and you get the figure before we come out.
Do you need access to my garden?
Yes, for ladder positions front and back. If there are locked gates or dogs, tell us when you book.
Can you do it from the ground?
We can vacuum from the ground on some houses, but we prefer a ladder so we can see the run and test it properly.
