What we repair
Slipped, cracked and missing tiles and slates. Leaking valleys and verges. Lead flashings at chimneys, abutments and dormers. Ridge and hip tiles that have worked loose. Rotten fascia behind the gutter. Holes where a satellite bracket has been through the covering.
Finding the leak, not guessing at it
Water rarely comes in where the stain is. We work from the loft out, follow the run of the water back up the timbers and find the entry point, then fix that. A repair that is guessed at is a repair you pay for twice.
Left tidy
Old mortar, broken tiles and debris go with us, gutters get cleared while we are up there, and you get photographs of the finished repair. Small jobs get the same care as big ones, which is what most of our reviews are actually about.

Work to repair storm damage was carried out at short notice on a Sunday. Replaced facia board and missing tiles at eaves of building. Also re-pointed lead flashings. Work was completed to the highest standard and clear communication and advice was provided throughout. Would recommend to a friend.

AllPro roofing & guttering have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Initially they came to fix a leaking dormer roof/part of the main roof. After initial inspection it was clear that further work was required. The team were very transparent about what needed doing, talked me though the issues and gave me time to consider options. Throughout the fixes the team provided constant updates and have been clean / considerate. I would highly recommend AllPro roofing and guttering!
