Full strip and re-roof in concrete tile, clay tile or slate, with new battens, breathable membrane and dry ridge. Repairs to slipped and cracked tiles, valleys, verges, flashings and ridge tiles where the roof has life left in it.
Flat roofs
Garage, extension and dormer roofs in EPDM rubber or fibreglass, laid over new decking and insulation with proper falls so water gets to the outlet instead of sitting in a puddle.
Roofline and rainwater
Fascias, soffits, bargeboards, guttering and downpipes in uPVC. This is the work that stops damp inside and rot in the roof timbers, and it is the cheapest way to make a tired house look sorted.
