Make safe first
Loose and hanging tiles taken down before they land on someone. Holes sheeted and weighted properly so the sheet is still there in the morning. Water traced inside and the ceiling relieved before it comes down.
Then the proper repair
Once the weather passes we come back, take the temporary cover off and do the job properly: new tiles, new flashing, valley re-formed, whatever the failure actually was. You get a price for that before we do it.
Insurance work
Storm damage is usually a claim. We photograph the damage, write down what failed and what it takes to fix, and give you a written quote your insurer can work from. No claim is ever inflated, because that is the sort of thing that comes back on everyone.
Out of hours

The old felt layer underneath the roof tiles was porous and I had a few leaks into the house. Denis and his team took off all tiles, the old felt and wood underneath the tiles, added insulation between the rafters, repaired and refelted the roof before replacing the old tiles, exchanging broken ones. The work itself took about a week as anticipated. As scaffolding was required, this was installed a week ahead of the work starting and removed about a week after. Denis kept me informed and sent photos from different stages of the repair. I was very happy with everything and can recommend them. Thank you.

I had a great experience with All Pro Roofing. They were punctual and arrived on time, and communicated if they were delayed. The communication was exceptional. The works began quickly and completed in a timely manner. They kept me informed each day with progress of repair works and provided photos and videos of the condition of my roof before, during and after all repair work was completed. The work has been completed to a high standard and I couldn't be happier. My neighbour has also decided to instruct them based on the result of the repair to my roof as well.

Common questions
What do I do while I wait?
Put a bucket under the drip, move what you can out of the way and, if the ceiling is bulging, pierce the lowest point with a screwdriver to let the water out into the bucket. That saves the ceiling. Stay off the roof yourself.
Do you charge extra for emergency call-outs?
There is a call-out for the make safe, which we tell you on the phone before we set off. The permanent repair is quoted separately once we can see it in daylight.
Will my insurance cover it?
Storm damage usually is covered, wear and tear usually is not. We will photograph it and write it up plainly so your insurer can make the call.
