Quotes
Quotes are free, written and fixed for 30 days. The price does not change once work starts unless we find something we could not see, and then we stop, show you and agree it with you first.
Payment
Nothing up front on repairs. On larger jobs we agree a materials payment at the start and the balance on completion, stated on your quote. Bank transfer or card.
Guarantee
New roofs carry a guarantee, and the term is confirmed in writing with your quote because it depends on the specification of the job. Repairs are guaranteed against the fault we were called out to fix.
Access and safety
We need access for a van, and for scaffold where the job calls for it. Please keep children and pets away from the working area and move cars off the drive on working days.
Weather and timing
Roofing stops for high wind and heavy rain. We will always tell you the same day if we cannot work.
Cancellation
Cancel before materials are ordered and there is nothing to pay. After that, materials already bought for your job are chargeable.
