What we collect

The name, phone number, postcode and any notes or email address you put in the quote form, plus the page you sent it from and, where your browser passes it, the advertising click that brought you here.

Why

To answer your enquiry, price the work and contact you about it. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass them to anyone except where we need a supplier to quote a material for your job.

How long

Enquiries are kept for two years, job records and invoices for six years because HMRC requires it.

Your rights

Email allprocontractorsltd@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we will action it within a month.
